"In fact, this exhibition is unprecedented for Armenia and the history of Armenian tourism. With this step, we are making a serious statement as a country. Organizing a large-scale tourism exhibition within the framework of public-private cooperation, where all tourism sector entities – operators, hotels, and airline carriers – will be represented, is a significant and important opportunity for international cooperation. The exhibition serves as a platform for all international partners and partner countries to be present in Armenia and showcase their tourism products. At the same time, it provides Armenian businesses with the opportunity to be represented in international markets,” noted Lusine Gevorgyan, Chair of the Tourism Committee of Armenia.
“We will have a large-scale event that will not just be an ordinary exhibition but, in fact, a major and effective platformfor all stakeholders to come together, establish a common vision for the industry, and foster active and efficient cooperation. The exhibition presents a great opportunity to work towards the development and strengthening of international and regional cooperation, as well as to uncover, reinforce, promote, and develop our domestic tourism resources and achievements with the goal of creating highly competitive products. New opportunities are opening up for Armenians, including citizens of Armenia, to explore outbound tourism, discover high-quality travel options, and take advantage of these opportunities. We will be able to position ourselves in the market through innovative approaches, new trends, and exciting technologies to promote and advance tourism products. And, of course, it is important to emphasize, as we mentioned earlier, that this is not just an exhibition—a business forum will also take place within its framework,” said Mehak Apresyan, President of the Armenian Tourism Federation.
